It's a big screen that can be watched from the guildhall. They sometimes have screening events that are pretty cool.
Lots of great content including local videos and work from students at the University of Portsmouth. Also shows Portsmouth Uni Graduations in the summer.

Great building. With large screens. Too much ice in the coke. Over half full which was a total rip off. Screen 12 has a blurr on the screen right in the middle. Told the staff and they said they would sort it out. Went back to the same screen a night later and the blur blob was still there. Complained but didn't get resolved. Shame. The tickets were really cheap.
Great screens and sound, seat are not too bad but then I always go for the VIP seat upgrade. There is loads of parking, make sure you get your parking validated as parking at Gunwharf isn't cheap. Don't forget to take out a bank loan if you want to buy some food or sweets from the pick and mix.

The cinema experience here is really nice, a massive screen with plenty of seating. The only real downside is that it isn't very comfortable but do-able for the duration of a film. We came to see Isle of Dogs but mainly to try the vegan food by Wild Thyme, which was delicious.
We use this cinema quite frequently although anyone planning a visit should be aware that there are a few flights of stairs to tackle before you can get to a seat in the cinema itself. On our visit yesterday to see a screening of Laurence of Arabia ( 26/5/18 ) which was shown in two parts, the second part was completely ruined by the dialogue being out of sync with the film and not one volunteer marking any effort to correct it.

This is a lovely theatre with plenty of entertainment going on for people of all ages. I love the plays that are performed here, as well as the live music and comedy events that go on.
Brilliant night out. Kiki Dee with Camella cannot believe she's 71!!!!! Her voice has come of age. Beautiful smokey strong clear notes. Her partner is one of those outstanding guitarists who make the instrument sing, could listen to him forever. The small onstage, intimate affair was excellent, first time I've ever done it and it felt very strange at first but you get to relate and bond with the artists. Almost didn't go, so very glad I did. Building is unusual and staff very helpful. Will go again.

Great Place, Great Staff, Amazing production team. Love it there with the grandchildren for pantomine time. Go and see, feel the amazing atmosphere there. Very reasonable too.
What a brilliant panto, haven't laughed so much in ages. A lovely atmosphere in a wonderful playhouse. Hope widow Twanky was ok after the unscripted event...

A beautiful theatre. Best seats are near the centre aisle in Stalls D to N and Dress Circle, but all seats are very good value. Bar is very reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly.
The king's ISA truly wonderful theatre. Filled with history. All seats offer a great view. Please support this great local theatre. If we dont use it we will lose it. Forever.
