Recently visited for check-up & light work and was very pleased with the whole experience. The surgery has a friendly atmosphere and the staff were all very polite and considerate- qualities that are missing from so many other surgeries. Dentist himself made sure to explain the procedure and what was happening at each stage. Very easy process at reception too. Highly Recommended if looking for a surgery in Portsmouth.

The practice has become busier and it can is hard to get through on the phone and make advance appointments. HOWEVER my family and I have always been seen on the day quickly and efficiently when needed. The surgery now has a good system where you can message a doctor on their website which works well and a doctor will always phone you when needed. Face time is not always required which saves time all round. They have always been extremely kind and professional and gone to lengths to treat us. I would particularly like to praise Dr H Smith, Dr Price and Dr Singh.

I visited the dermalogical department yesterday and also 6 months ago. The doctor and nurses there are absolutely fabulous. So caring professional and made me feel like I could totally rely on them. Thank you so very much for your help.

There's a ER for minor injuries and illnesses running from 9 to 9 everyday. Better than a trip to QA. The only problem it's that not always there's a GP, only nurses. The midwife service in the campus it's excellent.

This was my father's work place for years the late Dr Bale .as a child spend a lot of time there it has really beautiful grounds with big willow trees . conkers you find there are amazing .I was christen at the chapel and my father married there to x I loved the spiny round doors x

I had to use there facilitys and found that the treatment i recived was second to none! The buildings might be old and dated but so would you be if you was born in the late 1800 (Hundreds) also the food there is prepaired on the site and not any of that in- ported rubish that most hospitals use nowerdays lol 199% best hospital i have visited or used.

Having seen three and a half hours waiting times for my grandson previously. My wife and I arrived at 7:15 for a 7:30 opening, receptionist was pleasant and helpful as was the triage nurse. We got to see the medical professional quickly after, who carried out a thorough, professional examination in a very attentive manner. However this person was NOT a doctor (GP) and admitted that there was NO GP available even though one was supposed to be on. What a total waste of a fantastic facility, we were advised to go to QA hospital or the after hours GP service at night. I can assure you that had I waited three and a half hours and had not encountered helpful and pleasant staff this review would have been a whole lot different. Building & Facilities 5* - Staff 5* Management Mad !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt fully comfortable throughout the whole procedure and was able to go at my own pace. My consultation was very informative. Only annoying thing is no direct contact number, but they do have an email address. There are so many places advertising cheap laser but this place is there real deal. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. I’ve even recommended family to this clinic who are also taking up the service.

All the staff were really friendly and professional at Sk:n Portsmouth. My initial consultation was very informative and they answered all the questions and worries I had. The staff at the clinic made me very comfortable throughout my procedure. The clinic is CQC approved which allowed me a peace of mind when looking for a clinic, as there are many others who are slightly cheaper but do not have this. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone, its worth going in and seeing if they can help.

I have been with this practice ever since I moved to Portsmouth, in 1987 - apart from a brief stint somewhere else which was more convenient as it was closer to work. I soon hotfooted it back to here though as it was far better. I have absolutely no issues at all. The reception staff are friendly and helpful; the doctors show interest and care; and appointments are easy to get, either by phoning or booking online. Yes it isn't perfect - there can be a wait for your appointment sometimes, there is one doctor who doesn't seem as interested - but perfection is an aim, rarely achievable by anyone. The positives far, far outweigh the minor negatives.

I have been with this practice since 2010 and found them helpful and supportive. With their help i was given time away from jobs that werent getting me anywhere a difficult personal life and classes to attend on stress management and worry. I have since volunteered for good causes and met people who have helped me along to get a better perspective and means of taking on life. Thank to the surgery and reception staff.

Amazing dental practice !Starting with the receptionist ,who was very kind and helpful. The nurse who assisted the procedure was lovely and helpful. The dentist did his job very very good;he explained everything about the procedure in great detail. He was very gentle and the procedure went well and without any pain.For a private dental surgery their prices are very reasonable in comparison with other places.I recommend this dental practice !

Staff were all friendly, helpful and compassionate, which was what I needed after a week of severe pain. Dentist was brilliant; friendly, professional and informative. The wisdom tooth extraction was painless, which was amazing, and is healing well. Recommended.

Myself and my 3 children have been registered patients here pretty much since they opened. Have always been treated well by all staff. The receptionists have always been extremely helpful (apart from 1 and she’s now left). Have never felt rushed when seeing a doctor and always felt like they have listened. Sometimes the waiting time can be a bit long but I have also been one of the patients that have walked straight in and seen a doctor. Very happy with this surgery and definitely won’t be moving.

A much needed service, doctors are good, reception staff was not the most polite I've met. Opening hours on a bank holiday differed from what was announced on the website. Make sure you call beforehand to check.

I have recently joined the crew providing Portsmouth massage service at the Salix therapy room. The therapy room reception area has hot and cold refreshments and toilet facilities.

Very good surgery although the main contact portal personnel were extremely Rude! I Was told i could do it on line and the online service which currently does not work! When I called back five minutes later to explain and try to make a routine appointment, they operator argued with me before I had a chance to explain, refused to put me through to the surgery and abruptly cut me off!

The shop is a treasure trove. Spend a little time to browse and you will benefit both yourself and a good cause.

Had quite a few problems with my medication, but I do like the staff who are always polite. Just hard to get through on the phone sometimes. Things could be better but they do try their best for me.

It's fairly small and compact. I opened the doors which contain some items but I was nicely told by a staff member not to open them which I didn't know about. But even then its a good Pharmacy.

It is very comfortable area with new built building. I never been inside to visit but I can feel it is a very nice place to live.

We have been looking for care homes in the Portsmouth area for our Mum for over a month. We thought we weren't going to find the right home for us until we visited Hartford Court. Even though Hartford hasn't opened yet, our visit was a cut above the rest. The home is absolutely stunning and the Manager and staff were warm, welcoming and professional in all aspects. We were completely put at ease that this home will provide the support, security, social interaction and care both personally and medically that she needs. Mum loved it and we loved it. We desperately want to secure a place for her when Hartford opens in June. Fingers crossed!

Since my wife came to St Ronans almost a year ago with dementia and hardly communicating at all, the difference over the months is simply joyful and amazing. Her care individually is so good - always clean and tidy - cream on her dry skin and lipstick on! My wife laughs all the time, goes on all the bus trips for picnics every two weeks, lovely entertainment singing and dancing of which she does enjoy. All our family are so grateful for all care and efforts made to ensure her life continues in a happy and positive way. Her hair regularly done by the hairdresser, nails done by the manicurist and with pink polish, she loves that. As a family, our sons and my wife's sisters and me are welcomed any time with smiles, hugs and hot tea. Wonderful, full marks for all at St Ronans, Tony.

I was a Nursing Sister at The Home of Comfort before I retired and decided then if ever the time came for me to seek the services of one - this would be the one I would choose !

I visited mother one Sunday,i rang to door and waited some 20 mins, but this was because the nurses were busy.We were let in where we had to sign in,and where we also sign out.Guess this was to make sure we did not try to take back what was ours.My mother was sitting with many others in her own chair in the main room looking out at the canoe lake and the sea.I had want mother to be closer to me but there is where she wanted to be.The nurses were great chatting when they could,but i understood they were short that day.All was clean and mum looked ok if a little tired.I was to understand there was a garden to the rear in which on warm days the in mates oh sorry the guests could sit.It did feel to me a little like an tight ship,but mother said the food was good.I was told that mother could go out but in the wheel chair,there were no phones that mother could make a phone call, or recieve a phone call.

My mother stayed here for a few months, and was very well cared for. The staff were very caring both to her and to especially to us over her last few days, which was hugely appreciated. Their warmth and caring made such a difference. Thank you all xx
